District of Columbia Physician Assistant Standard Renewal Requirements: DC PAs must complete 100 CME hours every two years, with at least 40 Category 1 and 10% (10 hours) in DC Public Health Priorities, plus 2 hours of LGBTQ cultural competency. Licenses issued on or after June 16, 2024 now expire on the last day of the PA’s birth month; existing licenses transition under the Board’s schedule.
