Does your courses expire?
Our courses are designed to be taken at your own pace and do not have an expiration date. This means you can complete your courses at a time that suits you best, without any time constraints.
How can I add/change the card on my account?
To update your payment card information, please follow these steps:
1. Once logged in to your account, hover your mouse over the profile icon and click it to show the dropdown menu.
2. Choose "My Account" from the dropdown menu.
3. You will be directed to your AchieveCE profile information.
4. Click on "Payment Methods."
5. You will be sent to your Payment Methods page, where you can add or remove cards at any time.
How can I update my license number etc
To update your account information, please follow these steps:
1. Once logged in to your account, hover your mouse over the profile icon and click it to show the dropdown menu.
2. Choose "My Account" from the dropdown menu.
3. You will be directed to your AchieveCE profile, where you can update your account information.
How to join live webinar?
To join the webinar, please follow these steps:
1. Once logged in to your account, click the orange "My Courses" located on the top right of your page.
2. It will direct you to your dashboard, where all your courses are listed.
3. Click "Live Webinars" to see all the webinars you are signed up for.
4. Click "Start Course" next to the webinar you wish to join.
5. Please make sure to click "Start Course" on or 10 minutes before the scheduled time of the webinar to be able to earn credit.
Additionally, our webinars can be watched through either Zoom or YouTube Livestreaming.
Where can I see my live webinars?
To access the webinars included in your package or membership, please follow these steps:
1. Once logged in to your account, click the orange "My Courses" located on the top right of your page.
2. It will direct you to your dashboard, where all your courses are listed.
3. Click "Live Webinars" to see all the webinars you are signed up for.
4. To join a specific webinar, click "Start Course"
Please keep in mind that you need to start the course at the scheduled time and date of the webinar to be able to join the session.
Where can I see my courses?

Do you report to CE Broker and/or CPE Monitor and/or AGD?
At AchieveCE, reporting to CE Broker, CPE Monitor, and/or AGD is included as a complimentary benefit of each purchase, and we guarantee that reporting will occur within 24 hours of your completion of each course. To ensure smooth reporting, it's essential to have the necessary details in your AchieveCE profile, such as your license number, NABP e-Profile#, and AGD ID#.
Keeping your AchieveCE profile up to date with these details will streamline the reporting process, allowing you to focus on your professional development with confidence.
Where can I see live webinars approved for my state and profession?
To discover the upcoming live webinars approved for your profession's license renewal and to take advantage of valuable learning opportunities, please follow these instructions:

2. Click on "LiveCE" in the top menu to access all our upcoming webinars.
3. Once on the page, you can filter the webinars by choosing your profession and/or topic using the filter drop-down located above the right side of the page.

What's my renewal requirements?
To access your license renewal requirements, please follow these instructions:

3. You will be directed to the State and Profession page, where you can view the packages and courses we offer for your state and profession.
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the Renewal Requirements section.
How to create an account?
To sign up for an account, please follow these steps:
1. Go to achievece.com.
2. Click on the "Get Started" button.
3. On the next page, you will see two options: "Register Now" and "Create an account". Choose either option.
4. If you choose "Register Now", you will be prompted to provide your email address and create a password. Fill in the required information and click "Sign Up".
5. Alternatively, if you prefer to sign up using your Google or Facebook account, click on the respective buttons provided on the sign-up page.
6. Follow the instructions to complete the sign-up process.
Where are my old certificates?
I wanted to inform you that as we migrate to our new platform, the completed courses from our old platform will not appear in your dashboard on the new platform. However, if you require copies of your certificates for these completed courses, we can assist you by sending them to you via email.
Cannot access my account (using internet explorer)
As checked, you're using Internet Explorer as your browser. Microsoft stopped using Internet Explorer and is now using Microsoft Edge. That made the browser obsolete and unsafe. With that being said, we stopped matching our website to Internet Explorer. To see your courses and account, kindly use Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla or Safari.
Where can I put discount code?
For you to use the discount code, please click the cart icon located at the top right corner of the page. In there together with your order summary you'll see "Have a discount code?" dropdown. Click it and kindly enter the code in input field and click "Apply".
Do you report directly to California?
CE Broker does not track CEs for CA so you would either receive a renewal notice or you can renew online through BreEZe Online Services.
Can you send my hours to ASCP?
Our courses are not directly accredited by the ASCP, but are instead accredited through the Florida Board of Clinical Laboratory Personnel. I have reviewed the ASCP accreditation requirements, but unfortunately am not able to advise on whether they will accept courses accredited through the Florida Board of Clinical Laboratory Personnel, nor how to do so if they will. As such, I will need to direct you to contact the ASCP directly instead.
Can I get a refund? (have complete courses)
I do see that you have completed some courses to 100% and as such have received your certificate. Once a licensee has received their certificate, we are no longer able to provide a refund as the certificate is all that is needed to report hours to the State, which we have done on your behalf.
Can I just have 1 certificate for the package I completed?
We technically cannot issue a single certificate because the State tracks CEU's by course, not package and it needs to be shown when each course was completed individually.
Is your courses timed?
The amount of time depends on you. To fully read through each course in detail requires approximately the number of hours stated on the contact hour description for each course, however, our system does not have any timers and if you are familiar with a particular section then you can read through it at a faster pace that is suitable to you.
How many hours have I taken since a specific date?
We cannot see each of your past credits however, so to be certain it would be best to reach out to CE Broker directly at support@cebroker.com or 877.434.6323.
I'm having technical issues with the platform
I am very sorry, but we are experiencing a few technical difficulties at the moment. Our team is hard at work on the problem currently and we expect to be back up soon. Please note that our system is known for being extremely consistent and dependable and that this would represent a significant outlier for us. Do you report to Florida / CE Broker?
At AchieveCE, reporting to CE Broker is included as a complimentary benefit of each purchase; we guarantee that reporting will occur within 24 hours of your completion of each course.
Are you different from CE Broker?
It may help to clarify that AchieveCE and CE Broker are separate organizations. CE Broker tracks CE on behalf of the State whereas AchieveCE offers courses that can be taken to complete your requirements, and we in-turn report those to CE Broker.

Can I do my courses anytime or on my phone?
At AchieveCE we aim to provide the best possible continuing education experience. As such, none of our courses have time limits nor expiration dates, so feel free to complete them around your schedule from your computer or mobile device.
Can you send my hours to ASHA?
Our Speech-Language courses are approved by the Florida Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology, but not the ASHA. As such, they will count toward your State license renewal, but not your national license, if you have one.
What happens if I fail my test?
Each course has a quiz - per State Board requirements. However, you are welcome to take each quiz at your own pace with no limits on your time nor the number of attempts you have to pass.
Do you offer booklets or printed materials?
Our courses and each of their quizzes are meant to be taken online through your computer or phone, so we do not offer a quick way to print them out all at once. But that said, we would, however, be happy to email you a PDF of the course so that you can print it at your convenience, then read and take the test online. Please note, however, that each quiz will need to be completed online and that you are welcome to complete each course on-the-go from your mobile device.
Where are my certificates?
To view and download your certificates, please follow these steps:
1. Once logged in to your account, click the orange "My Courses" located on the top right of your page.
2. It will direct you to your dashboard, where all your courses are listed.
3. Click "Completed Courses".
4. You will be directed to your certificates page. Click "View Certificate" to view and download the document.

How can I get credit for the webinar with my code?
Claiming Your Credit: Step-by-Step Guide
1. Go to your AchieveCE Dashboard.
2. Locate your webinars in "Live Webinars" section.
3. Click "Start Course" to begin working on the webinar.
4. Complete all the webinar sections until you reach "Attendance Confirmation."
5. Add the 4-digit code provided during the webinar in the "Attendance Confirmation" section.
6. Complete the remaining sections of the webinar to finish the course and get your credit.
Why are my hours not reported to CE Broker / CPE Monitor?
I apologize for the inconvenience. Our team is currently reviewing your completed courses and they are being sent to CE Broker / CPE Monitor now. You can expect to see them updated within the next 24 hours. Thank you for your patience.
