Course description

This two-hour course is designed to provide pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with the tools they need to identify and assist victims of human trafficking. These silent victims frequently seek health care services and are usually accompanied by their trafficker who controls every move they make. This course will cover the signs that a victim of human trafficking may exhibit and the types of interventions that pharmacists and pharmacy technicians can implement that will keep the individual safe. This is a self-directed educational course that participants can complete from the comfort of their computer or mobile device.
