Florida Pharmacist Standard Renewal Requirements - Florida pharmacists must complete 30 hours of Board-approved continuing education every two years, including 2 hours each on medication errors and controlled substances, plus a one-time 1-hour course on human trafficking and, for first renewals, a 1-hour course in HIV/AIDS. As of May 22, 2025, the requirement to complete 10 hours of “live” CE has been removed, so all CE may now be done via home study or distance learning. See official Board of Pharmacy update
