About this course
The field of Multiple Sclerosis is ever-changing, with new targets and biomarkers being discovered each year. It can be challenging to stay up to date on newly approved agents given so many different components that play a role in treatment of Multiple Sclerosis. This activity will review the newest FDA-approved Multiple Sclerosis treatment agents including efficacy and safety features. This activity will also provide clinicians with drug/patient characteristics that are critical for appropriate treatment selection and recommendations.

Dr. DeBerry received her Doctorate in Pharmacy from the University of Florida College of Pharmacy and completed two post-graduate residencies. She specializes in the areas of neurology, specialty pharmacy, and pain management. ​ ​As a clinic-based pharmacist, she provides education and training to healthcare providers and patients on various pharmacotherapeutic topics including multiple sclerosis. ​ ​She is also the founder of Real Talk Health Pro which teaches how to effectively navigate the world of specialty pharmacy for non-pharmacy health professionals.
