About this course
The rising incidence and complexities of gout, a common form of arthritis closely tied to overconsumption of food and alcohol, requires healthcare professionals to stay updated with the most current treatment guidelines, as set forth by the American College of Rheumatology. To address this urgent need, the course will offer a comprehensive overview of diagnostic protocols, both abortive and prophylactic pharmacological options, as well as evidence-based non-pharmacological interventions. The ultimate goal is to empower healthcare practitioners with the most current knowledge and practical skills to enhance patient outcomes through effective, evidence-based management of gout.
