Arizona Osteopathic Physician CME

• Arizona Osteopathic Physician Standard Renewal Requirements: Arizona DOs renew every two years (Board notices emphasize December 31, while statute states on or before January 1) and must complete 40 hours of Board-approved CME in the preceding two years, including at least 24 hours of AOA Category 1-A. If you prescribe or dispense controlled substances, you must include 3 hours of opioid/substance-use/addiction-related CME within those 40 hours.
