• Alaska Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine - Standard Renewal Requirements: Alaska DO licenses renew every two years, with all licenses expiring on December 31 of even-numbered years. DOs must complete 50 CME hours per biennium (average 25/year) in approved AMA or AOA categories, including 2 hours on pain management and opioid use/addiction unless they do not hold a current DEA registration.
