1.5 hours Implicit Bias for all nurses
One-time requirement:
3 hours course for Domestic Violence
1.5 hours course for Pediatric Abusive Head Trauma
2 hours for Suicide Prevention
Kentucky Licensed Practical Nurse Standard Renewal Requirements: Kentucky LPNs must renew annually by October 31 and document 14 hours of approved continuing education, or satisfy renewal through an alternative such as employer evaluation, preceptorship, publications, approved academic coursework, or holding a national certification.
