About this course

With the recent FDA approval of several interleukin-23 antagonists added to the list of biologic response modifiers used in the management of plaque psoriasis, healthcare professionals need to be up-to-date with treatment options for this disease, evidence supporting their use, and patient-specific counseling points for psoriasis medications. Healthcare professionals completing this continuing education program will learn about the underlying pathophysiology of plaque psoriasis, pharmacotherapy options to treat mild, moderate, and severe psoriasis, and how to select the best treatment option for patients based on history, comorbidities, and disease severity.

I really loved this information. I was hospitalized last year for almost a month and I noticed multiple medical errors (not being hooked up to my IV multiple times, given wrong medication which caused my sodium to be very low, etc.) which lengthened my stay. I can now define those exact errors and better understand what happened to me. I hate that these medical errors are so common and I appreciate how well laid out your breakdown and categorization of them was.
