Former rapid response nurse here. This is excellent, and should be taken by all hospital nurses. If you need a confidence boost in calling a rapid- start here to learn how to articulate the importance of a trend.... especially if you're facing a grumpy doc or rapid response team in your local environment.

This was a new concept to me but I worked in ICU and ER for many of my clinical years and can see it would be a great system to teach and use

I love it that learned a lot even though I didn't remember all.

I appreciate learning more about burnout which is decimating the Nursing profession and severely impacting patient care. I can see how decisions I made about which jobs to accept and when to seek a different situation has led to me still working at age 79 for 52 years as a RN in 11 Facilities, in 4 specialty areas and I don't plan to retire until after age 81 as I still love what I get to do. I stopped working full time at age 72 and work just 2 days a week now a max of 9 hours a day in Home Health.

Good course and helpful and easy to access I’m not sure if there’s a way to save your work if you can’t do it all in one sitting, but that would be something that would be helpful

As a visual learner I appreciated the graphics which supported the talk.I learned many aspects of improving sleep which I can apply to myself and to my ageing patients who struggle to obtain adequate, restful sleep
