Very ambiguous, Test does not reflect the reading information and is misleading. The information presented does not mirror the actual operations within a normal working office that has Certified Dental Assistants and State Certified Dental Hygienist. They operate under different rules. If you want to include them here then separate their duties entirely. Do not include questions in the exam phase that have both hygienist and assistants. Also differentiate between "Registered " and what that means versus "regular dental assistant" . There is no such thing as a regular dental assistant. What can they do and what can they not do with training.

Don't love the format. I guess I was expecting a presentation, not just text and test.

Please consider the amount of unpaid paperwork and time that physicians must do daily. Although important that physicians stay up to date, most I know do so for their practice.

I am still in the process of trying to get my courses approved for my account. When this is done I will be happy to report on my experience

See comments in survey. The test portion was very frustrating due to having to return to the beginning and start over 3x. I would not recommend this to someone. The content was good. The case studies could be shortened and it would still prove the point.

Very limited usefulness in real nursing. It is a tool, but one that I would hesitate to use.

This came up for me as a counselor, however it looks like this is a CE for nurses. I would prefer that these are more specific to professions in the description.

Too focused on one state and too many professions. The exam was overly pedantic.

GOt my requirement satisfied but the post-test had errors (multiselect function didnt work so marked wrong when multiple answers werent selected) and there was an error with a true/false question: ¿ False Explanation: Children with pediatric abusive head trauma (PAHT) often do not initially present with severe or obvious symptoms. Early signs can be subtle and nonspecific, such as: Poor feeding Vomiting Irritability Lethargy Decreased responsiveness

I did not like having to read the course. I was expecting a video presentation.

Would prefer a more interactive course verse just reading. I'm a bit of a slow reader and would get the pop up asking if still there. During the course evaluation this pop up deleted the answers I had already entered.

Course is fine. The way it is administered on the program needs improvement. I left my comments on previous questionnaire.

Passages and questions were frought with gramatical errors. Some of the questions appeared to lean more toward an opinion rather than fact.

Good information about history of HIV/AIDS and drug classes. Must update this course!

Information was repetitive, spelling and grammar errors were distracting for me. The information wasn't anything new that I haven't heard or read in the past couple decades.

Timing out of course was annoying. I would complete my test, only to be asked if i was still there and clicking continue, would erase all my test answers and i would have to retake.

There were too many questions that were very specific for this activity

Provided good info on medical errors; however, only included two vague paragraphs specifically on mental health.

I had no idea I was supposed to watch the whole video

I am confused because so far this course taught me about ASD and not about Safely Reunifying Child and Parent

Completed the test and then lost all 60 answers because the program noted inactivity and asked if I was still working. When I clicked yes all my answers were deleted and I had to take the test all over again. I was not inactive at all during the time starting to finishing the test, twice.

This course is out dated. Some of the studies/references cited were around 20 years old. The materials reference the Florida state licensing board however this was a training for Ohio

Content was ok, but the test questions were plagued with poor grammar and unprofessional language.

I would appreciate it if the quizzes were actually written and proofread by nurses...so many blatantly wrong answers! Poor grammar too, "40 year old orderly male" instead of "40 year old male orderly".
