Several repeats of information instead of a in depth covering of TELEHEALTH material

all text, no interaction; a lot of the same information repeated in the same sentence structure; I didn't really take away anything new. I wouldn't recommend this course.

Information presented poorly, resources out of date, many test questions unrelated to content provided

This information was outdated and sited sources that are now known to be inaccurate. It also sites groups that are considered harmful to the Autistic community. Also, the first picture- introducing the entire course- is a little girl with Down's Syndrome. Please, please, please have courses review cross-discipline -including images; the harm it does to create misinformed connections is why disorders such as these are misunderstood and lead to abuse and discrimination. I am disappointed that I spent money on this, and it did not even link us to how we as therapists can work with/serve Autistic individuals.

It was way to long and too wordy for the amount of hours you take. All of those studies and research is not up to date. Some of the information will never be retained due to how long it was

Did i misread this. I thought this was a 10 hour course. I paid about $60 for 20 slides that have no images or videos. This is terrible!

I did not care for this course; it was a waste of time.

The information was terrific. The post test answer to #9 is incorrect. I have been given two scores for my answer. You need to correct your answer, as I have already explained. I am very disappointed that we are now forced to PAY a lot of money to a company not of our choosing.

The courses were all over the place and the questions weren't straightforward, I wouldn't choose this test again.

Well written and did what I needed it to do, but this DEI stuff is complete nonsense and a waste of time.

Very difficult to read and understand. Not sets for just the RN. Looked up a lot of my answers on other sites very unorganized.

As an LPC, waste of time to have to learn other fields ethics and other states. I'm sure it's convenient to make money and make a general class for all, probably a case of money over adequate education for each.

The questions’ answers are wrong! In question one, the first 4 answers are all correct and the 5th answer is absolutely wrong! So how are we supposed to answer this?!? There is no way to mark that the first 4 answers of question one are correct (which they are!). In question 3, the last 3 answer options are all correct - the incorrect answer is the first one. You did a sorry job of coding these answers. Please fix this. I am severely disappointed with the scoring because I know the material!

articles well written, too many errors in test answers, test questions about medications not in purview of CNA, no test for CPR, no class about bloodborne pathogens and infection control. You cannot renew your certification unless you sign up for additional classes

Unprofessionally written. Even the test was too ambiguous. There were questions with more than one correct option. It was clearly based on the author's opinions.

Very basic course that seemed like it was AI generated using an outdated program.

The package should include a certificate for each course! Otherwise you are forcing nurses to pay individually for each course. I did what was required and couldn't get a certificate and emailed you and FBON and got the run around. If you're trying to get more money from us then state that somewhere before people buy the package. I expected to be able to report my requirements using the package and not have to buy each one individually and spend a lot more money. Misleading!

Test is poorly written. The answers of 2 questions do not agree with the text of the course.

I added my comments on how woefully disappointed I am on the age of this content, albeit the "basics," to the feedback question at the end of the course.

On the initial practice self test, some of the questions could not be found in written course reading material. I had to look somethings up with my phone. On the test itself, there were several errors in the organization and presentation of the test, especially in comparison to the readings. Some information was difficult to decipher as wording was different and difficult to compare or deduct from, i.e contemptuous relationship to me is not the same as negative relationship surrounding the last case "Culture Clash" question. Although I got it right, I believe you should use the same words and references in the written material and on the test, question 3 has beneficence in it twice (typo?) There was no case 3 called "Supportive therapy for the lonely lady." I had to guess those answers and got one wrong, because there was no case to reference. Case 4 on the test is case 3. Case 5 is 4, Case 6 is 5 and so on...

problems with the tests and accepting the answers and not grading tests, having to restart tests multiple times. very unhappy

It felt more like a course for pharmacists - lots of information not relevant to RN practice
