The information was excellent and well organized, but the amount of information should be at least a 3 credit hour course if not 4.

Wish there were more visual/video, and more up to date information. Majority of information was cited from over 20 + years ago.

Information is general and needs to be more specific to mental health research and specific examples in this field of work.

Appreciated the flexibility that allowed me to complete it on my own schedule. I will continue to seek on-line courses to satisfy CME requirements for license maintenance.

It was hard to toggle between the reading passages and the questions and it did not save my answers from each time I logged in. Took me forever!!

In my opinion, some of the post test answers were not correctly graded. I compared my answers to the text and it appears that they were marked as incorrect even though they were congruent with what was taught in the educational material.

A lot of reading and I felt like the test were not over what you just previously read it was some of the stuff u would read in the next section

The timing out and having to start over again 4 times is insane

This course had almost exactly the same modules as the course I did 2 years ago.

It was very challenging to read 10 pages when this does not relate to my career as an SLP. I am not sure why I needed to take this course in order to be licensed.

there is a glitch in this program. every time I finished a test and hit continue, it took me back to take the test again. very irritating.

The information was extremely redundant The information was presented as multiple laundry lists of bulleted items. Real life examples and how to mange them would be much better approach. Seemed out of date.

I do better with video training than to completing a lot of reading due to learning disability.

Empathy class was not up to date. Terminology kept changing in regards to what patient and HCWs were called. I didn't need all these classes, but this was the most economical cost. Each class should be reported to board right away and not wait on the entire package to be completed. I could have saved some of the courses for my next renewal cycle.

Some of the materials were outdated and some of the questions/answers didn't make sense.

Covers the basics. Great if you are unfamiliar with the diagnosis, but not an in depth course.

very detailed on liver enzyme pathways and DEI is now frowned upon by our governor....not sure if you will want to take that into consideration

The lengthy 60 question test at the end timed out after completing it. I would recommend addressing the issue of the test timing out, while also making it rather lengthy. I would recommend breaking it up into 15 question segments and ensuring answers are saved between segments.

I would like a printed copy of the text for future reference

Easy to follow but wasnt as relevant to my profession as I hoped.

Much time wasted trying to be certain I was not skipping over important information
