Lots of errors, strange wording, wrong answers or the correct answer wasn't available. I do like that it comes in a bundle which makes it easier to satisfy the requirements.
Some videos did not play for me, and content hard to follow.
I bought the course for the required Florida courses, i.e., DV, ethics, medical errors, but did not care for the inability to get those CEUs after each course or the inability to skip through various subjects if not needed/required.
could not play the video,I had to search the internet for answers
I had to redo the test due to it kept coming up errors
It wasn't bad kind of informative just a lot of reading advise doing read out loud feature so people with reading problems could listen
Some of the material is outdated: pertaining to COVID vaccines and racial diversity
I had technical difficulties taking this course. Would not advance so I could answer the test questions properly.
Some of my answers were changed when submitting the quizzes for grading and while I passed the course overall I was not pleased with the glitches in the system. I also had to refresh a course and resubmit a quiz resulting in lost time.
I accept what was presented in the course. Personally, I prefer holistic approaches to the needs of the human mind/body/soul/spirit.
As stated, it has some utility, but does not have a great deal of impact for me at present.
Needs to be more interactive. It's just a list of slides to read
Would have appreciated this to cater more towards our profession as mental health professionnals
Excellent information and layout. However, being marketed to include psychology licenses makes no sense when there was no focus on the myriad of public health dilemmas related to mental health.
Great format and info but 1 page out of 12 applied to my field.
Please take out the abortion case example in the ethics section where the abortion makes the therapist "go crazy"- really poor taste.
Information in this course hasn't been updated in many years (referenced information from 2016 regarding a vaccination and said we should know something by 2020, it's now 2025.)
could no get to the end -kept stopping at the questions -frustrating
I wish it would've been made clear at the outset that it was not in individual modules that I could complete for the courses I needed. I hoped to only take a few of the courses and was frustrated when I realized that I had to complete the entire package to get credit for the 4 courses I needed.
Course was good but it kept timing out or freeze and I would have to take the test all over again. I think I had to redo 4 or 5 tests, that was very time consuming and frustrating. Had that not happened I would give 5 stars. An update needs to happen where if it does time out the answers don't disappear.
Not knowing the difference between a ligament and a tendon, while writing CEUs for me to study is crazy.
I would like current statistics on the medical errors as they apply to both hospitals and mental health practices.
If you change this to lay terms (instead of legalease), people will retain the information better. Then just add a link that takes them to the official rules and laws for those that want to know more. Pages 8 and 9 are too long- break them up.
