Michigan Dental Assistant Standard Renewal Requirements: Michigan Registered Dental Assistants (RDAs) must complete 36 hours of CE every three years, including mandatory training in pain management, dental ethics/jurisprudence, infection control, human trafficking, and implicit bias. At least 12 hours must be live or interactive, and at least 12 must be RDA-specific.
