Although I feel this course is adequate for those outside of a profession in mental health, I am uncertain why it is offered to mental health professionals for continuing education. The information is very basic and consists of a lot of "contact a mental health professional." It is in no way adequate information to assist a mental health professional with intervention.

Very basic and totally outdated. The studies referenced and data presented are over 20 years old. Totally unacceptable.

I felt some of the courses did not have any application to my practice and were a waste of time

There is a question on the test the listed answer to which contradicts the material presented in the course. The question asks the number of Coronaviruses currently known to infect humans. The materials state that there are SEVEN, but the test indicates that the correct answer is TEN. Either your materials are wrong or the test question is wrong.

totally didn't get how is this course related to a massage therapy

Some of the material is ok but most of it related to opioid use disorder in grossly outdated (2019) and there have been many policy changes and updates to MOUD treatment options since then. There has also been a surge in overdose deaths related to fentanyl which was only touched on briefly and no mention whatsoever regarding retail pharmacy stigma towards OUD and their lack of keeping Suboxone in stock. These are all VERY important points since pharmacists are often times the first contact a patient has with a healthcare system and it gives pharmacists an opportunity to save lives. Please update and please do better for patients. Also, no quizzes for the OUD and MOUD sections, hmmm. Wouldn't you want to reinforce the content that was learned in these sections just as much as the others? That bias is very apparent and unwelcomed.

Overall decent, but they need to update some of their info. The secrion on diabetes feels 10 years behind.

Very basic information that can be googled. No real substance to course and very boring to go through. No visuals.

As a CRNA, a lot of this information needs to be reviewed.

Course had too much unnecessary information outside scope of CNA practice and not enough important information that CNA's are currently lacking in the field today.

I would choose a different course in the future. Took almost 2 hours to complete.

The content reads like it's written by AI. For example, one paragraph opened by saying "Humans are a creative lot..." This is a bizarre and time wasting way to write.

Really dry to read, would have much preferred a video or slides. The annotation after annotation made it hard to understand.

Recommendations are complex and over whelming. This course appeared to be more directed to institutions and processes and less on physician needs/requirements. Most of the material was not helpful. The best line was "This is NOT a rescue." when dealing with suspected trafficing.

One of the answers had a medication listed that was not mentioned in the text. I didn't have access to the slides mentioned in the text. It was poorly written--sentence structure and spelling were not corrected.

Needs to be updated with more recent research articles published since the pandemic of 2020-2022.

I needed only to meet the requirements of the State of Florida to renew my license, and was mislead by this package.

Need to update your vaccine educational data to reflect the current data from VAERS

content was kind of dry - needs to be more interesting with possible examples of human experiences and flow easier - too statistical

information is dated. most studies are from 2010 to 2015. how are they still relevant in 2025. Private account youtube videos can not be watched, also, youtube, really? And "making sure that a child knows how to make a collect call" is practically impossible in 2025. what other advice do you have for abuse victims? If you don't care about learning readily usable information, and suffering technical glitches that change your responses, and test questions that have not been through quality control, this is the program for you.

I am a visual and auditory learner, would have loved to see some videos or a presenter, or even pictures.

I appreciated the ease of use and accesss to fulfill my ce recquirements that this site has offered me.

This course clearly has not been updated since prior to 2020 and had absolutely nothing to do with nutrition or taught me anything new that I didn't already know. I have no idea why this is required for a Dietitian license in FL.
