just because I am tired of the same course required for renewable. Would prefer case studies of real situations.

just because I am tired of the same course required for renewable. Would prefer case studies of real situations.
It was Indepth but didn't talk about Salon infection control. It was all about hospital procedures and pandemic strategies.
EMPATHY module test questions were very poorly written! required several attempts. Content missing.
It changed my answers when I submitted the test marking wrong answers.
Would help to know what your incorrect answers were. How will you know what's correct if not shown? At the end of the course would be the best time. You can't change your answers, but can learn where you were incorrect.
I would have liked it better if you did not have to take all of the courses to get to the next one. There were some I did not need, but had to take to get to the next one.
this had nothing to do with cosmetology disinfection and safety but was informative if I was a health care provider
Many of these courses recommended by the Florida State Board of Nursing apply to RN's and little to do with NPs or advanced practice nurses. The material often refers to "bedside nursing" tasks (lifting a patient, nursing team, etc.). APRNs are beyond this level of care and more on diagnosing and treating patients such as MDs. Boards must STOP confusing the public categorizing RNs and NPs in the SAME group!
This would have been a lot more beneficial if it were not strictly reading. Videos, more interactive activities, etc would break up the monotony.
i am currently dealing with chronic pain issues. so this topic is personal with me.
It was OK, I found many of the test questions to be rather vague and misleading. Navigating the chapters on my Chromebook was less than stellar, found it difficult to go back and review something. Also, marking the test answers was tedious, with the answer bullet often scrolling down from option to option without me noticing this...made for a frustrating quiz taking experience.
Took this course concurrently with my husband. I am retired but need the CME hours to maintain my license.
Did not adequately address how to identify a stroke as it’s occurring nor how to work with a patient who has suffered from a stroke on the massage table if indicated
Every page froze and would not allow for me to scroll down.
This course provided what I needed. Other than that, the topics were random and many of the questions weren't worded correctly or not up to date, leading me to the wrong answer.
The reading Material was hard to follow. Lacked a PDF Print out Option
I feel the progress should be updated with CE direct as you advance. I did not need the entire course but had to complete it all in order to get credit. We should be able to take what is needed and it be updated right away.
you need to fix the check all that apply questions, currently it would only let me check on answer
The course was informative. However, the references were from 2012-2017. Since this topic is growing in relevance and ever changing, more up to date references would be appreciated. :)
Please revisit question #12 which asks: Which of the following are examples of best practices that health care providers can use when prescribing controlled substances? The correct answer was D) both A & C; however there was no response next to option C.
There was an error on page 5 related to snake bites. It said "If possible, position the individual so that the affected area is above the level of the heart." This is incorrect. You should do the opposite, position the are below the level of the heart.
I only needed the Florida specific CEUs but the course made me do the whole thing to get them. Very frustrating and inconvenient when I only needed the the Florida required ones.
It wasn’t really pertinent to massage therapy. It was better suited to hospital personnel
Wish the course was broken down by sections, and reported individually. Not one continuous course.
