This course is a sequence of self-paced pages of text that you read yourself. Utilizing a text-to-speech extension on Chrome helped me process the information better as it read the content aloud. This course was quick and to the point.

The question about wrong site surgery is confusing because at one time the most common sentinel event "was" wrong site surgery but now it's not the most common sentinel event. Very confusing wording that, of course, leaves the provider feeling anxious about how completely impossible it is to avoid mistakes.

Very direct and accessible information which can be easily applied to everyday office, clinic and hospital settings.

The information was concise but had enough depth of knowledge. I was well redacted and allowed me to understand the concepts with ease.

My only complaint was that the narrator on occasion went off text and it took me a moment to relocate on the presentation.

it kept changing my answers when scrolling to the next question when i know in fact the selected answers that were incorrect was because when i scroll it would move my original selection down
