im pretty smart but it was hard for me to understand the test questions

i liked the course and would recommend it to my coworkers. it was very informative and brought me up to date.

would like to hear more about infectious disease such as we are in the Covid disaster now. Ethics of Covid actions should also be available

Visual slides would have added to the course content and understanding of material.

Easy to navigate. Would like option to pick form other general sessions.

The information was easy to read. The scoring of the tests were not completely accurate in at least 2 sections. An example: the correct answer on the test for coughs and sneezes from an infected person (mode of transmission) to another was a vector not airborne. Unless I missed something, not sure that is accurate. The empathy section did not completely cover what was tested. Overall though it was good reading.

Course was great. The review was the downfall. You don't allow the person to skip the question if it doesn't pertain to them or you state to leave it blank. It won't allow you to leave it blank.

Some of my submitted answers were switched when graded, it was a little frustrating.

Thé test has to be corrected - the answers to the question number 4 have the same answers for 2 selections and the one I checked was marked wrong, but it was the exact answer that was marked correct

it marked some of my answers incorrectly it may be a computer glitch

extremely specific to hospital based nursing and informative, but some dental office scenario specifics would be appreciated.

Ok overall, some of the questions appeared to have conflicting answers depending on which section of the law you were looking at.

Good course but I would have liked some pictures to help remember the information

Some of the topics were hard to digest. The material was not presented in a fashion that was easy to follow. You could not go past a test to the next material, I tried using 2 computers, one take the test and the other to read the material. It would not let me go past my reading computer without taking the test again. I like to see and answer the test as I read the material. I did print out many of the tests.

I would much rather love to have the option for read aloud.

Provides necessary knowledge, however the quiz/test section has some problems with the questions with repeated answers and/or empty answer fields

I liked the course but it was difficult to manipulate the pages on my desktop computer.

I didn't understand the answers to the 2 questions in the post test that I got wrong.

Informative and interesting material. There were a few questions on the test that I don’t remember seeing in the study material, but overall it was good!

Liked the access to information whenever I could get online. Didn’t care for the some of the nonessential questions. Overall would recommend

Not as easy as the cosmetology full course but still really informative and very enjoyable. It also had a lot of the same safety info which made the tests easier

Well organized course which reinforced things i have learned and practised over the years.
