2 hours of Medical Errors
3 hours of Ethics and Boundaries or Telehealth (courses alternate each biennium)
3 hours of Laws and Rules (every third biennium)
2 hours of Domestic Violence (every third biennium)
Florida LMHC Standard Renewal Requirements: complete 30 contact hours of CE every 2 years, with a deadline of March 31st of each odd year. Of those 30 hours, 2 hours must be in Medical Errors and 3 hours must be in either Ethics and Boundaries or Telehealth (courses alternate each biennium). 3 hours of Laws and Rules and 2 hours of Domestic Violence must also be completed every third biennium. All hours must be reported to CE Broker before license renewal (AchieveCE reports all completed hours automatically).
