Annoyed by question #3 in the first part of the training. It said check all that apply, but I could only check 1 answer (I chose A). It was actually A and C. I SHOULD have gotten 100%

I appreciated the course. However, one of the questions had C as an answer without any statement. I chose the answer A. The answer for the test was to choose A and C. I cannot choose C if there is nothing to read. Thank you.

I am a PMHNP-BC and there were courses related to FNP/floor nursing that I will never use so I would rather spend my time on courses that are relevant to my area of practice - psychiatry.

Some of the courses could have some superfluous information removed to make the education more streamlined and effective

I am not a fan of online courses I like a printout i can read at my own pace

I didn't need all the CE's but had to complete all to get credit for any of them. Otherwise it was great!

Very long course. 20 questions per quiz was a bit excessive but it met the criteria.

Please add video tutorials to your courses. I learn better that way.

Interesting subject and excellent researched information yet difficult to absorb. Trying to make sense of those who abuse alcohol and drugs and live addicted lives.

Question 2 of the quiz has true for both answers, so how could I miss it and get a 90%?

Accomplishes task of educating providers on definitions of medical errors, review process (internal and external), as well as reporting process

Overall good. Time consuming, but I did like that all requirements could be met with one course.

Material was good, but not really geared towards nursing, even though it was stated as such. Seemed to be geared more towards pharmacy professionals.

Nursing is not easy but i passed! Thank you for my CE courses.

Good Course. Would have preferred a Video, but only needed 1 Ceu to complete my requirements. Really great RESOURSES for my future needs. Thank You!

Overall was a good course. Nice to have all of the required CEUs in one convenient place.

I liked this course but it was not geared towards Social work. It is more for nurses, and that was not clearly stated before purchase.

Not the most up to date course but helped me conveniently complete my CE requirements.

There was an entire case study missing from the text "Supportive Therapy for a Lonely Lady"

Your test questions that i got wrong have to be corrected. One was "both A and C" when there was nothing on C

Good course, some answers did not match the data presented so some answers were scored incorrectly IMO (listed in another section)

I should have gotten 100% but I missed one of the questions because the multiple choice answers were "true" or "true" instead of "true" or "false"

Question #2, did NOT offer me the option of selecting False as the ONLY options offered were True and True! Unfair to the Clinician!

All the courses are very informative and helpful reminder for us nurses especially in practice.
