What AchieveCE learners are saying

I enjoyed taking this course and liked the course content. I learned some new information and refreshed myself on some familiar topics. I think the powerpoint slides looked somewhat boring but loved the ease of access to the courses and how all of my CEUs are in one package.

Good course with little, if any, relevance to my day to day practice

This course should be a 2 hour course. It took much longer than the 2 hour medical error course.

It would help if the revenue questions matched the stated objectives and clinical examples

Test answers were either improperly worded, or vague enough to cause confusion with the correct choice.

Overall good, minor spelling errors in courses and some questions were confusing.

Course was very user-friendly, provided educational content that was concise and informative.

I liked the detailed history and the process of RCA now and how it is applied in medical field now. It would be nice to specifically include course details on therapy related documentation, referrals, assessment and therapy based or insurance based errors and some templates to use for the practices on THIS TOPIC.

informational, interestng, questions at times were too detailed oriented versus big picture.

Enjoyed the RCA. The remaining was dry and could have another topic to be used in practice.... but will use the RCA!

I believe this whole concept should be rethought by the APTA. Nothing but terminology.

I am leaving this course with new knowledge applicable to my field, which is much appreciated. The information was interesting and enjoyable. Thank you!

Easy to navigate and complete. There were a few errors in grammar and spelling. I hope these will also count towards my ASHA CEUs. An audio element would be nice, so the courses could be listened to, not just read to oneself.

THE COURSE WAS BROAD SINCE IT COVERED ALOT OF TOPICS AT ONCE

I didn't like the videos. I would have rather read the info

Completed within 45 minutes even with interruptions at my home. Easy to follow and navigate.

Audio would improve it. It’s awesome to have discipline specific training for medical errors

My experience was as expcted. Gained a bit of knowledge, and walked away with confidence to implement new sklls into my practice.

Did not see any data or studies in the past 3 years - does the course need updating, e.g. did the covid pandemic affect domestic violence? e.g. increase it?

On several occasions, questions that were answered correctly were marked wrong. At times, the responses to choose from weren't accurate, or there was more than one correct answer. Also, some of the "correct" answers are wrong.

I see in several places that it is not required to report a sentinel incident to the Joint Commission, It is only required to keep accreditation.

Good review even though I have been in PT for over 50 years.

I learn and retain better with instruction that I can read along with a video. So the video in the middle of the package was good for me cause I could also turn on the closed caption. Also a lot of the test questions/answers were some what long and confusing for me.

Much of the information was good although it would be great to see some updating of statistics and other research connecting as well as terms such as neurotypical/non-neurotypical added.
