There is an error in the grading of item #5: Though the correct answer is "A", if you mark this answer, during the grading, the system marks your answer "wrong"----and shows you that you should have marked answer "D" (which is not really the correct answer). Hopefully, they will see this message and update the exam because I would hate for someone to not pass based on an error on the test-creators part. But we are all human and make mistakes.

The course was fine - but text that is larger and easier to read would help a lot. Also, the course description should make clear that the information in this course is from 2020. Telehealth has changed a lot in the last 5 years.

Should definitely be a test for this, I'm very surprised there isn't and that disappoints me. Otherwise the course was good

I am confused as to why the pretest is considered part of my percentage when it is a PRE test.

it was easy but I wish it had been specific to mental health only.

The broad topics discussed kept me from sticking with “comfort zone “learning that would have naturally been easier.

Well presented, clear, and concise. As others have noted, more on avoiding diagnostic errors for mental health practitioners would be helpful.

I would have preferred to be able to follow my progress rather than wait until I completed the entire package.

I found the subject matter interesting and the course educational and informative. A multi-media presentation that included photos, pictures, videos, and audio would have made it more enjoyable. I liked that questions were asked after each section rather than all at the end. The course referenced the DSM-5, so it needs to be updated to the DSM-5-TR. It should also reference more current sources.

There is so much more current information related to Covid alone. But none of it is mentioned.

I felt like some of the questions included content that was not in the course.

The material was well explained, however, tailoring the delivery to different learning styles other than print would be welcomed.

I would recommend a review of the presented material and add updates of all information and Acts. I would also recommend presenting legislation in sequential order.

I would have gotten more out of this course had audio been provided as I am dyslexic.

i liked that the test was straight forward will well composed questions and answers. Good information overall.

easy to understand, however had trouble navigating the test section, as I kept getting error messages and had to repeat the quiz so that was frustrating
