Some of the questions and "correct" answers were questionable. The required Florida material was ok, but I didn't love the additional material.

Courses were informative, but I have an Arkansas licensce but many of my courses were related to Florida.

The answer section has the same word for A and B and one of the courses doesn't need to be in this bundle.

It was fine, perhaps a little dry. It went over what it said it would.

A menu with subsections and course names on the left sidebar would have been appreciated and appreciated.

Very easy to use, I did notice on multiple tests that the answers I would select as my answer choice would not always match when hitting next page and it would show what percentage you got on the test, I still managed o pass every test but it was very odd and frustrating that it kept happening.

I found this very difficult. Is a CNA considered a professional? I changed my answer to a clinical preceptor because I thought the word "professional" in the question was wrong. I thought the unit could use a CNA but I thought I had been taught in the past that they were not considered a professional. No biggie, just confused. :].

One test on immunization I found to have incorrect answers. With the changing landscape of people entering the country that test did not fit accurate standards.

I would have appreciated pictures of each skin condition. Trying to imagine what each of these skin concerns looks like isn't very helpful.

It is a good overview of a wide range of topics common in the EMS field.

Some answers, I feel, need to be updated as they are incorrect or not aligned with research.

I really did like the information in this course and it was helpful and informative, I just learn better from a video rather than reading, but other than that, great material!

Some of the courses were pretty advanced and geared for the pharmacist.

I like that all of the credits I need are in one package. It just feels long to complete and some of the information is repetitive and can become boring. There were some typos as well and some info that is almost 20 years old.

good but the website kept glitching and not letting me purchase, start, or continue with the program despite trying on different computers.

It was fine but has not been updated since Covid-19, so a lot of the statistics are outdated. However, most of the content was still helpful.

I would have enjoyed a little more detail and case studies are always helpful.
