Duplicate questions that were counted wrong when I picked the correct answers, decreased my overall score. Paying money for something that requires my time and attention to detail and then being counted as incorrect is not satisfactory.

There are a shocking number of sentences that are cut-off, lacking words and punctuation.

This seemed like more of a course for a nurse or healthcare provider not a manicurist position.

It was a decent course, however it counted one of my answers as wrong that I definitely answered correctly.

I felt like the process of the classes could have been explained better.

Course was geared towards pharmacists, and there were no scenarios used for social work examples.

A lot of reading, a video here and there would be nice to break it up. In the second part of the quiz, on questions 15 and 16, that case study was never given.

Data needs to be updated. In the courses I took most data used was 10 years old and did not include more recent advancements

On the test, if the question said check all that apply, I could only check one- even though I sometimes felt several options were correct or acceptable.

Asked to do survey at the end with topic that was not discussed, ( infusion- blockade) and would not progress without answering

Good information. Tests were hard and some questions felt nitpicky and stupid. The questions that mention specific case studies were all numbered wrong. it was confusing. Give the quiz another proof read.

I did'nt like only having to listen, I'd rather read the course

listing of meds is tedious material, but I dont mind the no test part

One of the questions had the same answer TRUE and TRUE. I got marked wrong because I picked the wrong TRUE.... not very cool.

More than a few error in the quiz sections one of which caused me to have a point taken away . Please look over all quizzes.

I had a faulty assumption that the course would address the impact of vaping on mental health. As a counselor, much of the medical management of EVALI was not relevant. I notice I have a number of clients who vape and also have severe depression and anxiety. I suspect they are experiencing withdrawal symptoms they believe are actually anxiety and depression. I was hoping to learn more about this.
