My hospital system had the head of the State Police in El Paso lecture at a dinner the hospital hosted last year on this topic. We live in El Paso. And I have been to a small meeting talk given by one of the volunteer rescuers here. It is indeed a large topic. I had no idea. Now I have a better idea of the scope. No one mentions what happens to the kids of the sex trafficed raped women who are made pregnant for control. The average sex worker lifespan is 7 years, drugs and ill health being factors. These women often have kids. Their fate is mostly unknown and not investigated at present.
