Excellent information. I started private practice when the IOM “To Err is Human” report was released. I was trained very well in medical school as an MD and residency in Emergency Medicine to follow all the caveats of this Ethics for CME. It was great to review all concepts as the push is only harder to see more patients, order more tests and medicines. Hiring midlevels has helped dilute some of the crunch to allow 1 more min. of hearing and touching the patient, but at what cost? Please extend the timeout on the post test as it popped up and then erased all my logged answers so I had to repeat the entire test. This is my third CME test and it occurs every time.
