I had to retake the post test twice because there was an error and my test answers were not recognized. When I backed out of the test all my answers were erased.

The multiple YouTube videos can be taxing. I found I liked the more interactive portions of the course
I think the hypnosis piece was very confusing and not well written.
Ease of use is fine and course subjects were interesting, but found mistakes in the some of the tests, poorly worded test questions and found much of the referenced research to be outdated.
did not enjoy the hypnosis section and it did not pertain to me, the AAC/SLP section did not pertain to my license either but it was enjoyable
It is a lot of information on one page in a text where nothing stands out from anything else.
Not what I expected, too much detailed info for me as a mental health counselor
"ok" I valued the information , but did identify discrepancies between the material being presented, and some of the test questions
I found this course to be somewhat repetitive. I think it could be improved by changing the way the information was organized. Otherwise, I enjoyed it.
Should be able to view the course material side by side with test questions
Many of the questions were confusing. I would rather go away with a true statement answer than a not true statement as an overall take away.
Good overall bundle, but a lot of the questions were about statistics or specific numbers and were outdated compared to other research.
The first half of this course was very interesting. It seemed, though as the course went on that it was somewhat repetitive.
This was mainly generalized to medical professionals rather than mental health. Gave very few situations relating to mental health medical errors.
Some of the videos were too long. I also believe some of the material was not catered to Nursing.
There were a couple of questions on both the first quiz and the second where it was not in the original reading. Test two discussed a case vignette that was not present so this was frustrating.
Thankful for the availability to complete courses electronically versus travel for CEUs. The technology was very user-friendly. As a seasoned health care manager and educator, I especially appreciated the updated information/data included in the course related to the pandemic of 2020. However, I was disappointed in the quality of many of the test questions/response options in many of the other course offerings. At times it was the wording of the question, and at other times it was the response options that I found either confounding or not well correlated to the course objectives. Also, as interesting as I found the course on marijuana and its presentation by a skilled speaker, it contained a vast amount of information that would be more appreciated by a pharmacist or medical student. In my opinion, it was not well-attuned to clinical applications for registered nurses. On a separate note, I would suggest consideration to allow participants to view a listing of each individual course title, test score and CEU value within the participant's selected package throughout the process, as (currently) only a status bar indicates the progress toward completion. I hope this information is of assistance. Thank you for this program!
This course is 4 years behind in its references to the law it cites. I thought it provided a high level, introductory overview to working with this population, but nothing particularly impressive in terms of practice,
Some of the questions were not discussed or were incorrect. Research at least 15 years old. Would like to see an updated version but otherwise good information and overview.
Multiple errors in test questions where the answer provided was right and accurate to the information provided in the course, but then was marked wrong
You have to complete the entire packet to get CEU's. I only needed 8 and had to complete 30 CEU's.
One video is marked private and not viewable and the data is 25 years old in some cases.
Eating disorder course & case studies was very poorly written, but the others were well done
Misspellings through a few pages. Content seemed like it was written by a student.
