Needs different modalities such as video, audio and interactive activities to make it friendly to different types of learners
some of the courses were very long and I got distracted from a lot of the information.
Some of the sections had questions and answers that were difficult to decipher from the educational content provided.
some of the speakers were boring & difficult to follow & retain info. several slides during the diabetes course were blurry & unable to read. the last course 18.2 gave the error of video unavailable. this video is private. don't understand that when I paid for this complete course. I believe it needs some work overall. thank you.
From a pharmacy technicians standpoint do i think it was a little bit to advanced for what i am using in the communiy pharmacy practice , but sure it was some interesting parts that i did like
There were many questions on the quizzes that were incorrect. The Hypnosis and ethics sections were very long. I was able to get my hours needed but I would have loved a different variety of content for the optional material. It would be nice to be have a list of courses to pick from instead of being locked into the ones listed - sexuality, frontal lobe, eating disorders, ect. I would love options such as ADHD, EFT, IFS, Sand tray.
Really nicely organized. Easy to read. However, the course material is very much Telehealth 101. Not really beneficial for seasoned therapists, especially those already working in telehealth. Also, the first question is a bit tricky. I feel like telehealth and virtual healthcare are synonymous.
This is the third time this year I answered a question correctly but the program mark my answer as incorrect
It was helpful, but needs to be updated as the latest information is from 2017.
Too wordy. Additionally, the term 'commit suicide' has been changed to 'die by suicide' or 'completed suicide'. Throughout the course, the author continued to use the outdated phrase, until section on Interpersonal Theory of Suicide.
glitch in moving forward had to take test 3x before it moved forward.
It's super convenient and I appreciate that. The accuracy of some modules has been severely compromised during the 2025 politial upheaval.
Not in detail enough about mental health disorders and errors. Overall helpful to understand. Brief and easy to navigate/quick to complete.
I wish it focused more on mental health and the work I do seeing clients.
It was great until some videos were private. I was unable to view some of them, not all of them.
This is a basic course on telemedicine. If that is all you need you are in luck. If you are looking for license specific information this is not the right course.
This course needed to be in video format as well. I also needs more info and practical approaches to therapy intervention for persons with Autism.
I had expected to have choice in courses that would enhance my practice
Bug errors throughout (for example, I had to take the Laws and Ethics test 3 times as the site kept saying that I had been inactive for too long whenever I tried submitting my answers, even though I had been actively clicking between pages and on each page. My answers were cleared to the test each time and I had to eventually learn that the solution was to log out and log back in to ensure my answers were saved. Also, there were a few typos and LOTS of outdated research/resources cited.
Lots of great info but some important things missing or in need of updating for 2025 and at least one question/answer mismatch on the quiz
Good as introductory course some clinicians may need to go more in-depth
The case examples were great, but part one of the course was very dry and hard to engage. Perhaps that is just the nature of the material, however.
The information appeared to repeat itself in different ways. The pages could get cut down significantly.
