I was very disappointed with this course. It appeared that it was originally created for a Pharmacist CEU program. Way too detailed for an RN who isn't prescribing meds. Also, I would have liked to have seen fewer modules on drugs (substance abuse related) and treatment therapies. (There were three of them.) There are many topics that could have been covered for what this course was promoted as (CEU requirements for an RN in the state of GA). As I said, extremely disappointed. If I had not invested so much time into it when I was at the halfway point, I would have called for a refund. Since I had invested the time, I completed it. By the way, the back half was much more nursing related and appropriate for what I was looking for.

There was no need to be tested on the in-depth Pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of HIV/AIDs medications when this course is advertised for all levels and fields of health care providers. Way too unnecessarily specific questions were asked,

The course has not been updated since early 2020. Some information is out of date.

You have some missing information in the course that is tested and one of your questions is inaccurate. Question 5 asks which of the following statements is NOT TRUE. Both A and C are NOT true. C states that "The average lifespan following an AIDs diagnosis is three years." This is also NOT TRUE, you have to add "without treatment" to ensure that statement is true and to ensure you have two true answers and only one NOT TRUE answer. Further, your course is missing the entire section on informed consent, testing of special populations and notification of results as outlined in the course objectives. This information is absent despite being tested on it. Further the MOI of the NRTI drug is poorly described in the course and is difficult to understand the question regarding this drug's MOI when compared to the test question.

Did not learn much. The course presented basic information known by SLPs.

The quizzes need to be reviewed for editing- there are questions that aren't addressed in the reading, including referring to a case example that's not there. Luckily this is passable, regardless.

This was offered as a free course. It had some useful general information, but nothing that I can use in my practice as a massage therapist.

Lots of distracting typos, terms that healthcare providers don't use . . . it seemed written for the layman not the professional

I made the correct choices for questions #10,17 the system changed my answers to the incorrect one. this has happened to me on past exams as well.

I was hoping to gather more information on the subject. How can we prevent this from occurring and we need more research on the subject.

There was little discussion given to lifestyle, diet, exercise, personal choice and it was predominantly geared toward the latest approved medications with no discussion about number needed to treat or cost per year of useful life saved for the medications promoted.

Several of the answers are contrary to the material provided. I have colleagues who have had the same experience and upset. We have even called you all with ZERO RESULTS.

The content itself was fine. However, on a few of the tests, the answers I selected (I ended up writing down my answers to double check) changed after I submitted the test, lowering my score. I still passed the tests, but if it had accepted the answers I submitted, my scores would have been higher. I would NOT recommend this package unless this glitch is fixed. I would hate for someone's score to be incorrectly changed to a non-passing score.

I'm not bad at testing. This test and course were hard to follow, as some answers were not where you'd assume they'd be in the lesson plan...

Fulfills only the purpose of checking off a check mark on renewal requirements. I don't doubt the accuracy of the information, but it is very generic and there is no tie to Massage Therapy in any way.

The tests had many answers that were the same answers twice (like instead of True/False the only offered answers were True/True). Also, if you went back through your tests to check them and find you mismarked one of the answers, so you change it to the right one BEFORE you submit the test for grading, the test will still read it as the original wrong answer and mark you down.

Negative review reflects only for the course on LGBTQ matters. VERY poorly developed course! If you are going to test professionals on the subject matter, do them the courtesy of covering ALL tested material in the reading assignment.
