The questions are about what is allowed in dentistry. Not what the course covered.
Not subjects that are universally pertinent; sometimes overly technical. I didn't need this many hours, but couldn't get credit without completing the whole course; it would have been better to have a menu with the ability to select courses that are pertinent or required for me.
I didn't like the way a lot of the questions were worded.
The grammar in the test questions was horrible! Many questions (and answers) read like they were written by AI or by an unskilled non-native English speaker. Please review and revise!

While completing these CEUs I came across a lot of stigmatizing and non-patient first language that I feel needs immediate correction in order to be in line with our principles and ethics in the healthcare field. I was actually appalled that these CEUs are credentialed with such a significant amount of stigmatizing language. I have attached some of what I came across here, this is not all-encompassing but a small review as I completed my CEUs. I am a dual certified PMHNP & FNP who has worked in addiction medicine for around 4 years In the schizophrenia unit: These individuals act as a schizophrenic patient’s primary caregivers: What may happen if a schizophrenic patient stops any or all forms of treatment? These questions do NOT utilize person-first language. It SHOULD BE individuals/persons with schizophrenia In the opioid use disorder section you have multiple questions with stigmatizing language. Using the word “abuse” is stigmatizing. We now consider substance use disorders, not substance abuse/substance abuse disorders. These questions need to be updated to be appropriate and in line with ASAM and non-stigmatizing language use. Instead the language should be “substance use / substance use disorders” The article considers abstinence-based treatment approaches for populations at high-risk for opioid dependence due to long term usage of powerful pain-relieving drugs. Which statement reflects the advice for patients with substance abuse disorders Which of the following factors may affect the risk of substance abuse in chronic pain patients The article considers abstinence-based treatment approaches for populations at high-risk for opioid dependence due to long term usage of powerful pain-relieving drugs. Which statement reflects the advice for patients with substance abuse disorders? • A) Abstinence based detoxification is good for a quick cure. • B) Abstinence-based detoxification can be done at home. • C) Abstinence-based detoxification is not appropriate for CNCP patients with substance abuse disorders due to the high risk of relapse and fatal overdose. • D) All of the above Answer C should be changed to reflect appropriate, non-stigmatizing language Studies consider the effects of limiting high-dosage prescription of opioids on the risk of abuse and mortality. Which of the below statements were supported by research studies? A) Weaker opioids rather than stronger drugs can help reduce the risk of abuse and dependency. B) Immediate-release formulations may be better than extended-release medications to avoid dependency. C Tamper-deterrent formulations can reduce the opportunities for diversion and abuse. D) All of the Above (this answer is also pinned to the end of choice C) Should be changed to “misuse” rather than “abuse” In populations with a prior history of substance abuse, what do studies suggest about the impact of opioid selection? “substance use” not “abuse” *insert eye roll* Assessment and monitoring strategies can help reduce the risk of opioid abuse and dependence among patients with chronic pain. Which of the below statements describes the current direction in monitoring strategies? “opioid use” not “abuse” *insert eye roll* Which of the following statements show the impact of treatment agreements on patient outcomes among patients with chronic pain and opioid misuse? Please note answer A has abuse and that answer D is tagged on to the end of answer C • A) Studies show that treatment agreements reduce opioid abuse. • B) There is insufficient evidence to support the effectiveness of treatment agreements in reducing harmful opioid use behaviors. • C) Research evidence supports the use of patient agreements to stop addiction. D) None of the Above • D) None of the Above In the controlled substance unit: Question 1 - Which of the following statements is NOT true? • The abuse of prescription medications is a recent phenomenon.
I feel that this is required only to make Florida Money. I had to do this course before I got my Florida License.
Achieve CE reported this would count towards my NHA license and it did not. It is ok as learning is never a waste of time, just don't like being mislead.
Some of the content was too easy and counselor should already be familiar with it.
Too many courses in this RN CEU bundle did not seem to be for RNs at all but were clearly written for pharmacists. They were way over my head, and I was not at all interested in the content.
This course used some outdated terminology, and several of the test questions/answers were incorrect, contradicting the course materials.
waste of time and money!!!!!!!!! some of this stuff is stupid and not pertinent to anything. also stop pushing stupid covid vcaccines in education! Nobody wants the clot shot so we can end up with myocarditis or drop dEAD!. why the hell do i have to do education about ACNE and skin conditions SO dumb!.
The questions were more aligned to the medical field and not the Cosmetology field.
A number of the questions did not appear to be addressed in the material, nor could I find enough information to make an inference to deduce the correct answer.
Was all reading with no videos and was about pandemics and medical emergences not salon sanitation.
The course repeats to much information. I don't think anyone could possibly remember all of the acts passed to help prevent this crime from happening.
This course was not designed or my licensure. However, it was marketed to me as a Massage Therapist . I would’ve really liked to know how licensed Massage Therapist could serve our elderly community, more efficiently, and how my expertise could be implemented for their well-being.
Vaccine infor needs updated. Said it was supposed to be published in 2020
A couple of questions had wrong or misleading answers on the quiz
why ask what year RCA's became a thing??>? Who cares what year? How is that relevant to safe practice? This is not a HISTORY class
There was a mistake on the test, and the information pertaining to mental health providers was not very specific. This was a quick and affordable way to get the necessary CEUs but did not provide much useful information that I didn't already know.
This CE is for nurses. If you are not a nurse, I would not recommend this CE.
References were wrong; I think they were from another course. Some areas needed clarification. Also, intermittent fasting can increase uric acid levels resulting in gout or kidney stones; that is super important to know and should have been included in the presentation.
I live in Arkansas and had no need to learn about Florida human trafficing
