The course was simple and informative on RCA but not specific enough to call a mental health professionals course.

The course was simple and informative on RCA but not specific enough to call a mental health professionals course.
Very informative and made me more aware on the topic! It definitely opened my eyes!
I enjoyed the foremat of the courses, being able to stop when needed and start right back up. The course material was mostly relevant but some was outdated, quoting an article from 2007 on patient safety when it is 2023.
Easy to understand, clear and concise. This course can be used to teach volunteers who have no training be able to help post disaster
Excellent course, some sections hit home more than others. I would love to get a reprint of 11. AB and 25. Am Addictions.
Easy way to get it all knocked out in one place. Thanks so much!!
Although this is something we hope to never have to do, this course has valuable information for any HCP who might consider - or just have to - assist in any natural disaster.
Easy to navigate. Tests were in a straightforward manner and easy to discern from the course.
ESTOY TOTALMENTE SATISFECHA CON EL CURSO Y SE LO PUEDO RECOMENDAR A OTRAS PERSONAS, DEL 1 AL 10 LE DOY 10 EXELENTE!! IAM TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH THE COURSE AND I CAN RECOMMEND IT TO OTHER PEOPLE.
I enjoyed all topics covered and they were presented in an easy way to read and understand.
Very informative. I did learn a lot about Naloxone and some of the areas we as a society need to to work on to ensure accessibility is gained.
This course was masterfully taught and I honestly could have listened to this speaker for another 2 hours and been quite content. 10/10 recommend.
glad it was simple to access and I could go at my own pace!
The course was very thorough and easy to follow the topics. I like the recordings and videos, very well done.
This is what I needed for ethics for my renewal. Thank you!
great topics and information- I did not realize I could review my answers after the test until the last few modules- would like to know what I missed on each module.
Was done nice I like that I could go back in if I missed under stood something.
This course helped me meet the Florida State Board requirement. It was interesting, informative and easy to use.
I use this every time I get my CEU its hard for me to concentrate but this website is easy for me to use and understand. thank you
I feel that the added patient perspective was very important , since we are ultimately blamed for whatever goes wrong. The "captain of the ship" responsible for whatever happens including the food service. We should be foremost in promoting the Risk Management services in the facilities we practice at. I get a lot of feed back from my patients when they are hospitalized and try to listen and improve the quality of their care. I also get a lot of positive feed back when physicians do communicate well and treat them with proper dignity and skill. Our referrals go to the ones who treat them in this way. As primary care physcians we are also held accountable for the referrals, and what the specialist says and does has a great impact on us, the negatives splash back upon us . I hope specialists realize that they are having a huge impact on the patient and the primary care MD as well. I would like to see some article on the impact of assistive staff, referral and insurance requirements and how it is affecting patient care in 2023. The reputation of medicine is less positive now than in the past, even though modern medicine has so many promising solutions, could it be the empathy and consideration has lost its value among us? Patients still complain about not getting enough instructions after a procedure, rude or unresponded phone calls, and doctors who give them ultimatums and intimidations without explaining Why. Thank you for a very complete review in the Medication Error prevention.
The instructor has a kind and friendly voice. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and gives great scenarios on medication errors.
The course was interesting. I also deal with tinnitus, probably due to high speed hand pieces over 40 years!
i work with a lot of suicidal people in a private practice. This was very helpful as a review and with new information which I can use.
I have limited time. this allowed me to work at my own speed
