Texas Licensed Massage Therapist Standard Renewal Requirements: Licensed Massage Therapists in Texas must renew every two years based on their individual license issue date and must complete 12 hours of approved CE before renewing. TDLR does not set a live/in-person minimum, but online courses cannot cover hands-on techniques; Human Trafficking Prevention Training (HHSC-approved) is required each renewal.
