Maryland Licensed Massage Therapist Standard Renewal Requirements: Licensed Massage Therapists in Maryland must renew their licenses every two years by October, completing 24 hours of continuing education within the preceding 24 months. Of these hours, 7 are mandatory and include an Implicit Bias training course for first-time renewals. CE credits can be completed via live, home study, or online formats, with up to 12 hours allowed for convention attendance.
