It’s very insightful with the ever-changing rules and regulations that we have within the salon.

The only problem I have had with the testing portion is when scrolling I will unknowingly hit a different answer than the one I chose!

This course is beneficial and applicable in today's environment, and being prepared for a flood.

The videos were not available at times , making it a little difficult but otherwise a good learning process.

I enjoy the "lecture" format like this course. I do not enjoy cartoon character clip art and colored boxes. Appropriate charts or graphs are fine, however.

Some of the material within the sections are a little overwhelming with the material. Too much within a section.
