Now that Texas is mandated to use this reporting tool for CE compliance, and pay a membership to have access to courses, it would be nice to have specific Texas based information and trainings for LPCs. Make them more detailed to the states regulatory demands and not just a course that covers a general overview.

The answers for questions #1, 4, 16, 18 were not given in the text and required research into the resource articles to find the answer. The answer to #1 was dependent on the year being referenced but the question did not give a year to which it was referring. Also, since I had to do all of this research to find the answers I did not appreciate the page timing out and erasing all of the answers I had entered and I had to do the questions over again. In general, several questions were poorly written and did not reference the article and if you expect the reader to do the adjunctive research you need to code the site better and not time them out.

This took at least three and a half too 4 hours of my time to read through, take ridiculously too long to complete, and that was listening to it with a screen reader at one and a half times normal speaking speed. You really need to knock it down and make it so it can be easily done in about 2 hours seriously

The format of the questions with the choices of answers was not good. Please make the choices more simple instead of all the A and B, or C and B type answers.

IT WAS TOO HEAVY WITH PHARMACOLOGY. I WOULD HAVE BENEFITED MORE WITH MORE ACTUAL A&P AS OPPOSED TO PHARMO. IT SEEMED MORE GEARED TO PHARMACISTS OR ADVANCED PRACTICE

Many states allow assistants and hygienists to do certain things that a considered wrong on the test

Too many typos. Incorrectly spelled words are easily avoided when spell check and proofreading measures are performed. Lacks professionalism, in my opinion.

The learning was more geared towards pharmacists and practitioners, I feel like it was very pharmacology heavy and was not geared towards the bed side nurse. It was nice to get the refresher on medications as someone who was a pharmacy technician for 8 years but it would have been more appropriate for this course to focus on more bedside nursing items. I do appreciate the bundle to knock out the CE's. I just feel like the next course needs to relate to us bedside nurses so that we are actually benefitting from the renewal process.

This is a bare minimal course, with very basic info. It would be nice to get into challenges mental health providers have in assisting patients with identifying and facing down medication education/errors; also further definition of where the line is for this profession, what is our responsibility when we are not the medication providers, legal info, etc.

Alot of the information provided was not necessary for the nursing role

There were questions on the exam relating to a case study that was not presented.

The course was drawn out and included an overwhelming amount of unnecessary information. Especially for nurses who have to study this information every single year. It needs to be more condensed.

The answers were incorrect on some of the questions. The wording on the multiple choice answers are awkward.

Same tired topics; terrible site navigation; test pages time out too quickly and you are forced to restart your tests because answers have been erased. Time waster.

This was really difficult to complete. There were tons of typos, complex topics with no diagrams or options for alternative learning styles of neurodivergent therapists. I would retake this if needed but it wasn't really a pleasant experience. The provider is knowledgeable, and the information is good. But please provide video and images or audio even.

This course need to be updated to 2025. There are now vaccines and much more knowledge on the subject. Also question 2 was marked incorrect when I answered it correctly based on the text.
