This is not a power point course so you have to read a lot, if you don’t have a lot of time I would find something else

Sufficient information. Convenient for RN renewal. Would have preferred content broken up into smaller modules instead of one large module. Visually lacking, text only presentation.

Some of the pages were far lengthier than others, making it more difficult to move through the pages.

This course adequately explained what medical errors are and how important it is to have systems in place to figure out why they occurred and how to prevent them in the future.

Would like more examples if any that are in place to prevent medical errors besides what is required for sentinel events

I was disappointed in the relative number of questions that were matched with erroneous responses. I hope your team can do a better job in editing. Overall a good experience!

There was typos and the one question on the test had the same answer twice and I still managed to get the question wrong.

Some misspellings and incomplete sentences threw me off but the overall ideas were solid.

Material needs to be updated. A lot has happened over the past year and some of the material is dated now.

Some Answers were NOT correct. I am worried this course will not satisfy all of the States requirements as advertised.

BEWARE. This is a 30 hour certificate, not individual. You have to do ALL 16 sections to get your certificate for hours. Do not buy unless you want to take them all.

There are multiple errors in your end of course quizzes. Please review and make corrections for future users.
