There were errors on 2 of the questions I missed. One did not have any information next to choice "C" and one had option "B" listed 2x.
Multiple errors in the test answers are present. I highly recommend you reevaluate this course for errors. I have specific examples if you email me.
This took me all of 5 hours to complete from start to finish. You can skip the reading and just go to the tests, all the answers require is common sense and the ability to eliminate choices from the multiple choice.
It was hard to stay awake and recall the information for the test.
Wish they had better sources - I don't consider WebMD a valuable source of information and several sources were older than 5-10 years which could be considered out of date. But it met my current renewal needs and I appreciated the selection of topics in this package.
Some of the material was excellent (HIV, LGBTQ) some was poorly presented (Eating disorders)
The Stroke module did not provide sufficient nursing information regarding the care of the patient. The educational material was too congested with studies and statistics, not enough practical nursing care information. The test questions were confusing and poorly crafted. The Safe Patient Handling course had good information but poorly organized and confusing to follow. Most of the other courses were adequate and met my expectations.
I did not like the progression of the courses. I could not choose which course to take.
I am a mental health psychiatric nurse practitioner. Some of the courses, though not relevant were interesting and others not so much!!
I wish we could only have to take the sections needed for ceu's.
Trafficking and violence have too many unnecessary statistics and repeat too much, too long. HIV course should mention the significant side effects to newer anti-retrovirals.
Questions #3, #5, and #18 were not addressed by the course and difficult to answer. Either the course or the test needs modification to address these errors. Otherwise, this was a good overall course.
The course title is Medical Errors and Safety: for Licensed Acupuncturist - however, the material was not specific to acupuncturists and the word Acupuncturist did not appear in the entire module.
I prefer written material so I can go back and review before testing.
Exam had typos and missing info. One question had a choice C with nothing written next to it. Apparently that was the correct answer but it had no content
Spelling errors, some answers did not make sense. Decent content though and definitely up to date for what's really going on in the world right now.
This course was advertised for New Mexico. However the content was for Florida.
Lots of out of date material. 1 question completely incorrect but no way to report it
The content was good. I found it frustrating that I needed to complete all the course content in order to receive my contact hours. I only needed a few hours this reporting period and it would of been nice to safe the excess hours for the next reporting period for my license.
Part 1 was excellent, but Part 2 was too technical and without photos or diagrams, would be almost meaningless to dentists who have never worked in an O.R. on an anesthesia service. This should be an entirely separate course, and restructured.
the stats were not correct when compared to the CDC 2020 figures , nor the date of the Violence act
The course is very basic, written content with a white background. There are no pictures or audio to keep you engaged, so if that is something that you're looking for, go elsewhere. The final course for the nurse CE package license renewal is on skin and specifically states that it is for estheticians. Although skin ailments are good to know, I would have appreciated for all of the education in this package to be geared towards nurses.
Not up to date and quiz had 1 bad question and possibly 1 bad answer
