don't change people's answers after they've been submitted. some of my correct answers were changed after submitting and I don't know why . it caused me to get a lower score even if I passed.

it sent me back to redo the test, said I had taken too long. I rushed thru the test the second time and misread 1 question

Having to do an assessment at the end of each course is a bit irritating when I just want to get my courses completed

I corrected my answers before submitting to see the score, but the program changed my answers to the initial responses. This was orginally going to be 100%, but because the program went back to the original answers, it scored me 80%. That should be corrected for future use.

This was very convenient and easy to access for my renewal of my certificate. I will definitely do this again in 2-3 years.

Very doable! Can progress through with reasonable effort and time. Well laid out... other than no lettering - had to work this out for ourselves with the multiple choice options for example 'A and D' or 'B and C'... some grammatical changes might have read more easily for clarification. Great info and cleanly laid out. Thanks much!

It was easy to navigate and I could complete it at my own pace. Besides the information on COVID-19 being out-of-date, this is a great refresher course. I would recommend!
