straight forward and easy. Like a lot of other CEUs online, the post test is a bit of a joke. There is at least one question that is frame as a true/false statement, but then both options are TRUE, lol.

Extremely in-depth and packed with historical information. Would prefer a more consolidated venue with current and applicable information only.

I wish there would have been more interactive parts of learning versus all reading.

I am blind and use JAWS a speech program. Immediately I ran into difficulty navigating the courses. I called about this, and was given one tip that did help me figure out one of the issues I had. The rating of the course is extremely time consuming, after I finally figured out how it worked. More attention needs to be paid regarding the accessibility for your blind customers.

HIV course was too complicated for NHA. Too many medical details that are not necessary and make the class extremely difficult. Overall, the other classes were OK

The time expended in thoroughly reading this is disproportionate to the low CEUs assigned to it.

Florida-based information isn't helpful to people who live in other states, and some of the presentations utilized old data...it would have been great to have stats from the last 5 years

A few questions, example question 6 was confusing and difficult because 2 answers were correct

The wording of question 9 is confusion and the wording of question 12 is misleading.

Recommend revising question 5. Looks like the correct answer is being marked as incorrect.

The content is good but the course has issues generating the certificate of completion

It gets the job done, but some of the material, particularly about pandemic mental health, needs an immediate update.

I would have liked to see this course provide more specific examples of effective communication with cognitively impaired individuals.

There are some errors when doing the tests. So it would be good if they could correct them. Overall I learnt a lot with the subjects.

The eating disorder quiz questions are incorrect. Other than that, the content is dry, but it is effective. So if you're looking for an entertaining training program, this is not for you. If you're just looking to get your CEUs done, this program is good.

This was very broad and not specific enough to social work ethics alone.

i thought the questions were a bit too specific and should reflect a more general knowledge of the givien material. also the eating disorder quiz has incorrect responses ie what is lanugo, male anorexia question and one other question. i am well versed in this area and the answers are not correct.

I am a dental hygienist who needed a pain management course. This course was not very applicable to me, it was designed for nurses.

More than I was looking for in regards to requirements for FL RN renewal. The additional content was not of relevance to me personally.

Not as in depth as what I was expecting but still good information to begin with.
