The information was very valuable. I would love to see it in a presentation style format, however I appreciate that I could go through this at my own reading pace. When I clicked NEXT PAGE it often told me I had been inactive, despite being present and engaged the entire time.

Because my father is dealing with this, I wish I had a bit more information.

The course was fine however it would time out and i would have to restart tests again and again.

It has been a fabulous experience with the content easy to follow. The content is well explained and I liked the idea of having a test at the very end of the course to measure the understanding of the participant, this is amazing. And I was serious with the content inorder to do well on the test. I really passed all the rest with flying colours which is really encouraging to me

Great information with extensive and up-to-date references! Comprehensive. The bullet points/numbering and amount of information per page could be confusing and difficult to follow.

It would force a refresh when completing a quiz and make me retake the quiz.

wish there had been a bit more credit given to this course because it was packed with information, but very comprehensive. This training provides all needed information for maintaining an effective role as a supervisory social worker.

Some of these questions had wrong answers. My agency would never support approaching an intoxicated nurse alone. That's a major liability and safety issue, but hey, you guys make the tests for us to get our licenses renewed.

On the test number 11 and 12 were missing pertinent information to answering number 12. The results of the PDMP would have been helpful to answering number 12.
