Some of the questions were tricky. I thought a few could be the answer.
On each exam, my final answers were changed upon scoring. For this reason, I give this course three stars. I STRONGLY recommend IT looking into this matter.
Considering a new profession as an EMT since a quarter of the course and test focused on how to ambulance proper.
There are spelling errors that should be proof read. Also, the pandemic was years ago, I feel that they should update this on actual infection control of our salon and not about COVID19
While it is very informative and important as another way to stress the importance of infection control, I found some of these questions worded in a more confusing manner that took me away from the vital information which I understood and have correct even though YOUR question format was tricky. Basically you aren't making it very clear in those types of questions how to demonstrate our knowledge.
Question 10 the answer is False ... all three must be present to be True without all three it is a false
It seemed fairly easy after reading but you should be able to go back & read again if you're not sure of the correct answer. Having several attempts to get a passing score is GREAT!
It needs more audio learning, reading is not effective learning in of itself, needs to engage more types of learning modalities
Very pharmacology heavy and went into greater detail on lots of medications that exceed what I will use as a bedside RN.
Pictures would make this course better. Descibing lesions, cyst, are ok but a picture is worth a thousand words.
I passed but I clicked on correct answers and when I went to check what I got wrong it showed I picked a different answer.
Some of my answers were changed when I submitted the final question.
This course was not in any way pertinent to my profession. I'm not a healthcare provider.
Would much rather have had an audio recording than just reading what is basically a long article. Did not provide as much information or anything current/relevant to increase interest.
Some outdated material, especially on the Covid 19 section. There is a lot of reading involved which becomes monotonous. More variety in learning techniques would be appreciated. Some of the material was interesting.
a little outdated and geared more towards healthcare workers and first responders
Same course as last renewal period. While the information is important and a good refresher, it would be nice to have new information every renewal.
Video left me questioning as the press for frequently used “…and so forth” instead of finishing the content.
When a course such as this is 100% text, it is imperative that the text be free from spelling and grammatical errors. I was distracted by the errors within the text of this course. Additionally, the layout of the laws and statutes cited within this course was distracting and difficult to read. Why not use the same layout that the state used, since the laws and statutes were more or less copied and pasted?
The test was very silly. As many mentioned, there were "check all that apply" requests with only the option to select ONE answer. The questions were also unclear at times. The content was laid out OK. I'm grateful I was able to get the course done, but it really wasn't a GREAT experience.
The course was clearly written. I would have enjoyed some visuals or audible components to help it feel more interactive.
It felt very verbose and technical, hard to pay attention. I know it;s hard to make this type of information super intriguing though.
the course is good, i'm just not sure why all of this is needed for ALL specialties .
