I believe that #5 on the test of this course is incorrect. The question is: Which of the following is an example of an inappropriate medical documentation practice? A. Criticizing the actions of a colleague. B. Being objective and providing only the facts. C. Including details on any usual interactions between patients, caregivers, and others. D. Charting patient care at the time that it is provided. I chose A. Criticizing the actions of a colleague. The results of the text said the correct answer was D. Charing patient care at the time that it is provided. On page 5, in the "Documentation DOs and DON'Ts". it clearly states under "DO" : "Always chart patient care at the time that it is provided." and clearly states under "Don't" : "Don't criticize others." Thereby making the correct answer "A" , Not "D".
Some of the material was not a part of my career path such as needing to know the qualifications of other disciplines.
The material is great, its just so boring and needs more examples or videos.
The course was informative even though it seemed to be very basic
Don't really see how this was helpful. More useful would be how to use virtual sessions most effectively: tips to set up an attractive backdrop, how to create a sense of connection as if it were an in-person session, how to incorporate using a split screen to share a infographic, maybe some stuff of how to remain HIPPA compliant, or stuff like that.
Too basic. I think it could have covered areas where this disorder is not discovered until adulthood.
Good course to get the CEU's needed but if you want an in depth one specific for mental health this is not the one for you.
Some of the Test questions did not seem as focused on in the material.
The course was average. The exam questions were confusing and many times wouldn't allow for the choice of all the apply, resulting in an incorrect exam answer and lower score. The material is somewhat outdated, referencing statistics from the early 2000s, and it is 2025.
Satisfies the FL state requirements quickly; however, the information is a bit rudimentary and the tests need to be reviewed as correct answers are often marked incorrect.
Questions were not straight forward and not written well or with clarity.
It would be nice if the test was for specific licensee holders. Not mix manicurists with cosmetologist.
The test was difficult in that the answers were confusing and not all found in the text.
There is a lot of information that does not pertain to nursing and patient care in general. An example would be when JACHO was created. Not relevant to care of patients
The courses were well organized and informative, however there were a few weird errors in some of the quiz questions where an answer would be repeated, or they'd ask for "A, B, C" yet they were all bubbles without letters. I also wish I could send in my scores 1 course at a time rather than waiting to complete the entire package since not all the courses in the bundle where relevant to my field.
Stop asking LMHC's questions that are directly related to LMFT practice. What's the point?
This training was not directed at mental health professionals. It was geared towards the nursing field. Still good information though.
The format is confusing--too many case examples and the questions about the cases come much later.
I wish there was more focus and application on medical errors in the mental health profession.
you are wrong. in the state of Florida, you must retain records of scheduled drugs for 4 years. It's 2 years for the Federal requirement. I am taking this CE for the state of Florida and therefore should be judged accordingly.
Hard on the eyes to take all information in by reading text on a screen with no variation.
Interesting course around the benefits and challenges of telemedicine. I did find the content very repetitive.
This is NOT a 2 Credit course! Should be THREE Overly repetitive and , as a result, overly long Questions presented in a very confusing manner (e.g. Pick "A or B" but none of the choices have letters attached.
