The course was informative, well-structured, and provided practical knowledge that I can apply to maintain a safe and professional salon environment.

There were some questions which repeated possible answers. I "Missed" a question even though I chose the correct option.

The overall course is great. It's informative, while also remaining succinct and to the point. My only complaint is, that, throughout the course there are several questions with repeating answers, or it will ask you to "select all that apply" but you can only choose one answer.

This was super simple to follow and use. The test were not to long but asked good in detail questions.

Some of the newer interventions and medications could have used more detailed explanation.

Great experience. I enjoyed the course. The material was understandable and I had no difficulties understanding the material.

I think it scored #5 incorrectly! The question is, "Which of the following is an example of an inappropriate medical documentation practice?" and I selected the first one, "Criticizing the actions of a colleague." However, the scoring said that this was not the correct answer and that the correct answer was the last choice of, "Charting patient care at the time that it is provided." I do not think this was scored correctly. Please advise.

It was easy to navigate, easy to understand and was interesting and affordable. It would be nice to have an audio component to it. Thanks!

I thought it was well organized and gave good information on IPV and how to approach and treat IPV.

I had a good experience.This course helped me remembering topics and concepts that I studied when I was in the Medical campus.

I had to pay and take it twice. I lost money due to it stated I took the course too early in April 2026. My license expire in June 2026. I took the course in the two year window. No live person for customer service. Not able to find the chat to get help. You got my money. Enjoy.

I learned new statistics, so that's great! Easy to read and remember, and definitely relevant to my profession.

Having video/audio may have helped with the length and intensity of the material.
