The course is titled "Infection Control and Safety for Salon Professionals". This course has absolutely NOTHING to do with cosmetology. It was all about COVID-19 and healthcare workers standards and how they have to prevent further spread of the virus. It never once mentioned anything about a salon or clients.

Honestly this had nothing do with the salon. I felt like I should be renewing a nursing license.

Had a lot of COVID information but seemed to barely touch on the relation to Salon specific environment and practices?

Hydrocodone is a semi-synthetic opioid. And useage of opioids to the point quitting results in withdrawal is dependency. Fix it. The storing and logging all medications was also very poorly worded. the first or last answer were both correct according to your presentation.

I'd give 0 stars if possible. Besides washing hands and staying home if you are sick, NONE of this information relates to a salon environment. We don't even have access to the PPE that is recommended for personal protection in the event we want to protect ourselves from coming in contact with an infected person.

needs alot of improvement. the final questions should be five or ten but not twenty. live agents need better training also and help more and recommend the bundles, i had to discover it on my own and i even paid 40 bucks and i dont know for what? then i had to pay 52 bucks for the bundle.

this was the worst corse that I have ever taken and had absolutely nothing to do with my career or my salon

Wasn't clear that didn't count as course needed for license renewal (opioid requirement)

I feel like this was totally about Covid-19 and nothing to do with actual risks to the Cosmetology industry.

The material was described to be for the Cosmetology continuing education, but all the material pertained to medical professionals.

i can take this somewhere else for free, but i must pay to take this and an annual fee.

The first question in the quiz is very offensive to Occupational Therapists! We do all of the above and not just ADLs.

Out of date information regarding vaccinations and treatment. Good background information regarding evolution of virus

forcing people to answer questions in order to receive the product they already paid for is unethical. I never agreed to answer anything prior to taking the course

I am not a nurse. Most of this information was not directed to a cosmetologist or salon setting.

if I could give this a half star I would no way relates to hair all about COVID also there was no video learning all reading if you want a medical corse this would be great

This course was not related to salon sanitation or safety at all.

Some of the questions are worded very weird and gets confusing in my opinion. Such as psap's responsibility is receiving 911 calls and directing them to the location needed, so in my opinion all the answers were kinda misleading. And the NPIs early stages was also were the answer was 2 of them

Absolute waste of time and zero useful information for hair dressers! All covid!!!
