Some of the questions were from a medical perspective, "as a nurse what would you do/as a nurse how would you handle this situation?" I incorrectly answered two of these question types. However, I'm not trained as a nurse, but as a counselor. I had to guess on the medical questions.

Good content for determining your career paths. The pre and post test questions are haphazardly lopped together and make no sense however.

I have taken other courses here, this one has been my least favorite. It was redundant, filled with errors in some sections that truly made it a mess. Some of the test questions seemed to contradict the literature as well.

some of the reading materials did not have information asked for in test questions. Some test questions were marked wrong when responses were clearly present in the text almost word for word.

No I did not like it. It's confusing the way this drug has been handled as opposed to all other pharmaceuticals.

One of the classes actually repeats itself so you are taking it twice and getting credit for it once.

The course itself was good, but the after-test covered a significant amount of material not included in the course.

The answers I placed were changed. I legitimately got #18 wrong but all other answers were correct and altered upon score screen.

Some of the information seems inaccurate, question about about what year the joint commission started mandating sentinel reports was 1996 not 1997

Was missing an entire case study that was covered in the test. Poorly structured.

the wording was difficult to get through in the reading parts, and then the wording of some of the answers and questions was also difficult to get through. I've never had as difficult of a time getting through one of the other than this one.

I was disappointed that I was forced to learn about hypnotherapy, which was of no interest to me, but I was unable to skip the course. AAC seemed to be a general overview not geared towards mental health and possibly for only speech and language professionals. The section of youth harassment victimization is outdated and I would be interested in more up to date research. The general courses seemed random and not purposefully focused on mental health.

This three years old and should be updated with more current analysis of Telehealth's growth and accompanying challenges.

This course was not geared towards RN license renewal. Some of the courses were best fit for nursing students and scenarios for clinical rotations

Typo's within the course & and obscure questions dealing with percentages are not on point with current clinical practice. Overall would not recommend this course.

I only needed specific courses to fulfill the requirement. Yet, the packet included many areas that did not align with my Specialized degree. Lastly, the EXTRA points earned cannot be applied to subsequent CE hours

This course had several errors and some outdated information. Overall, I am very disappointed to have spent money on this course.

If you’re going to force someone to take all the tests to move on to the required content then that needs to be in bold before it’s purchased.

Pretty dry but I don't know how you would make it more interesting

Organization of course was not fluid. For example, the case #3 was not the same in reading content and review questions.

Nearly half of the test questions tested concepts that were not presented anywhere in the course material.
