Additional Information
- New applicants for licensure or registration are required to have completed 2 hours of implicit bias training within the 5 years immediately preceding issuance of the license or registration.
- An applicant for license renewal shall earn no more than 12 hours of continuing education during a 24-hour period.
- Each pharmacist who was originally licensed in Michigan more than 1 year but less than 2 years before the renewal date shall have accumulated 15 hours of board-approved continuing education, with at least 1 (one) of those hours in pain management.
