• Texas Registered Respiratory Therapist Standard Renewal Requirements: Renew biennially with expiration on May 31 or November 30, and must complete 24 contact hours each cycle, including 12 “traditional” hours and 2 hours in ethics; a human trafficking prevention course approved by HHSC is required and may count toward ethics.
