Some sections were super long and cumbersome. Information seems out of date.
I have taken numerous ce courses over my 48 yrs in dentisty; I have a MAGD in AGD and took mutliple hours of CE; I have also been an involved in education and taken courses in how to write a valid test questions for an examination; I have to give course a 3 star based on test questions especially asking a question in which answer not even in course material; other test questions and answers wording did not correspond to that wording in course material;
Would have liked a booklet to refer to. Lots of information when not a healthcare worker.
The test for this course was a scavenger hunt, even after reading the material
Totally missed the mark with regards to nursing being the target audience. The collective course presentations went way to deep into pharmacology and infectious disease management. Some of the lectures were not focused on nursing and were much better suited for an advanced practice provider or pharmacist.
Some of the studies seem to be more geared for a doctor than hygienist.
I thought there would be videos or audio I can listen to. Having it all on a reading format only was too tedious and long.
They were thorough and sometimes a little too detailed. Videos were an hour long on average which made remember everything a little harder for the quizzes at the end
Content not as in depth as expected. Good overall basic info on broad range of areas pertinent to my clinical practice.
The course could use evidence of COVID when it comes to medical errors.
The first section wasn't my favorite, but everything after was informative and I enjoyed it
It is more difficult than I believed it to be. A lot of content to remember to be able to answer certain questions.
would be nice to have some video slides, also, the course will change your selections on many of the answers you've selected on the post tests. I recorded my answers on paper and checked them before submitting and several times after I hit submit, it would show that the answer had been changed.
Not bad aside from being locked out of my account for three-days.
Thought the topics were appropriately picked. Agree from prior reviews, there are misspelled words.
I bought a package because of the good price, but i did not need all 30 credit hours, only mandatory hours for Florida (12 hours, but it was cheaper to purchase a package here then on other platforms that I checked). You can't take some but have to finish all 30 CMEs in order to get a credit. I did not know that and was disappointed. But they were easy at least.
Beginner class. Very basic information. Would be great for a new grad.
Good information and to the point. Would like slides with short audios instead of long video since i needed to pause frequently to detail graphics
4 of 5 I took offense at a statement in which you maintained that all faiths promote domestic violence. Do atheists pass your course without having to take a test?
well organized but a lot of the content seemed way more geared towards pharmacists than RNs.
I felt it was geared more toward a pharmacological/chemistry course than nursing, but overall it was informative.
Do not need this is a required CME but course was presented well
Sympathy vs. empathy. I think the language should be an empathetic ear vs. sympathetic ear.
